I have been an insurance agent since January 1979. Processes change. The mission hasn't. There has been one constant throughout the last 42 years. My job is to help people prepare for both the unexpected and the inevitable. This allows me to deliver needed checks. Sometimes the check goes to the survivors of someone who died too soon. Sometimes the check is sent to a doctor, hospital, or nursing home. I have even brought checks to individuals who can no longer work due to an accident or to an illness.
    
About Dave:

After working as an agent, sales manager, and brokerage manager for Prudential and a small agency, Dave opened his own office in November 1987. Specializing in life, health, and disability insurance for small businesses and the self-employed, he has achieved national recognition from the dozens of companies he represents.
       
Throughout his career Dave has been deeply involved in both civic and religious organizations.  The Jaycees, the New Democratic Policy Council, B’nai B’rith, and the North Coast Entrepreneur Group have counted on Dave Cunix’s leadership over the years. Dave served as the President of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce 2008 – 2010.  He is currently the Chairman of the Legislation Committee of the North East Ohio Health Underwriters, the trade group for health insurance agents.  In his current capacity Dave meets with our elected representatives in Columbus and Washington DC in an effort to improve health insurance, the way most Americans access and pay for health care.
